Maybe the more followers I have, the more I’ll stay on top of things?
I did these through out the day not all at once!
:30 invisible hula hooping
1:00 hip flexor stretch (each leg)
:15 superman
1:10 high knees
:45 butt kicks
:30 mountain climbers
1:40 jump rope
1:10 march
:20 jog in place
:15 run in place
35 squats
15 standing calf raises
40 standing side crunches
10 standing cross crunches
10 plie squats
20 hip twists
170 jumping jacks
50 Russian twists (5lb weight)
20 crunches
10 side lunges (each leg)
15 jump squats
20 front kicks (each leg)
10 burpees
5 split jump squats (each leg)
10 lateral jumps
5 tuck jumps
I’ve ate relatively healthy, I haven’t had dinner yet though.
BUT I did do:
- 170 Jumping Jacks
- 30 seconds of High Knees
- 30 squats
- 30 side lunges (each leg)
- 5 calf raises with (2, 5lb weights)
- 40 lunges
- 10 one legged calf raises (each leg, with one 5lb weight)
- 25 inner thigh raises
- 10 jump squats
- 20 push ups
- 40 Russian twists
- 10 sit ups
- 30 vertical leg crunches
- 30 second superman
- 10 triceps dips
- 50 bicycle crunches
- 2:30 second standing hamstring stretch
- 3:00 pike stretch
- 45 second calf stretch (each leg)
Progress.
& sleep in my yoga clothes, I’ll have to get up early and do it then right?

Every Morning Yoga Meltdown
After Work:
MWF
Couch to 5k (30 minutes a day)
Weight train (30 minutes)
TuTh
30 day shred (20 minutes)
6 week to 6 pac abs.(30 minutes)
Every night walk with friend for 30 minutes to an hour when they get off work.
Saturday
Fun work out day!
Zumba, Just Dance, 100 work out, Just Dance, Jazzercise, Pop Pilates, etc. for 45 minutes
Sunday
Day of rest.

call it lazy call it midterms bleh, but I still managed to maintain 135.
