This is my journey from unhealthy to fit . Obviously I wanna drop some lbs, but I just wanna fit back into my old pants & feel like I Iook good in the mirror and if that's 130, 125, 120, 115 I don't really care. I just wanna be healthy & not chubby.

Exercising

Every day I Zumba for an hour, then do some strength training/calisthenics for about 20 minutes. 

I need start running….well jog/walking.

& I was thinking of maybe starting the 30 Day Shred.

bleh being responsible.

Every day so far this week I have done Zumba plus some muscle training exercises:
Monday
Zumba Mid length class 45 minutes, High Intensity roughly 395 calories
50 Squats, 50 Push Ups, 50 Jumping Jacks, 50 Crunches, 50 butt lifts, 50 Calve Raises
roughly:100 calories
Tuesday
Zumba Mid Length class 45 minutes, medium intesnity roughly 348 calories
50 Squats, 50 Push Ups, 50 Jumping Jacks, 50 Crunches, 50 butt lifts, 50 Calve Raises
roughly:100 calories
Wednesday
Zumba short length class, medium intensity roughly 155 calories
50 Squats, 50 Push Ups, 50 Jumping Jacks, 50 Crunches, 50 butt lifts, 50 Calve Raises
roughly:100 calories
Thursday
Zumba short length class, medium intesnity roughtly 155 calories
50 squats, 50 push ups, 50 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 50 butt lifts, 50 calve raises, 2 minute butt lift hold, 4-10 second planks roughly:157 calories
running 12 minutes, roughly 94 calories

I feel stronger.

My run yesterday: the first part was uphill & so was the last part.

My love texted me and asked me how I felt, because the last time I felt sick.

I said, ” I feel stronger.” 

That run sucked.

It was hot. It started to rain. My campus is full of little children for camps and they stared at me. The first part of the run was uphill. I kind of feel like I’m going to vomit.
 

But you know what;I did it.

That’s what counts.

One step closer to my color run 5k in NOLA.
One step closer to a more fit me.
